The Discovery Land curriculum is a MEMORABLE, ENGAGING, HANDS-ON way to inspire kids to know and love God!
The curriculum follows a 3-year scope and sequence, walking kids chronologically through the Bible every three years, teaching them:
The Bible
The big picture of the Old Testament and New Testament as a whole, unified revelation of God’s truth to us.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ
Salvation by grace through faith as presented throughout the entire Bible.
The Basics of Christianity
Life transformation through prayer, worship, evangelism, church community, Scripture memory, serving, missions, etc.
Each lesson is designed to help shape a biblical worldview by following a “4 Rights” framework:
The DL program provides curriculum and resources for the following age groups:
- Crawlers (6-month-olds)
- Walkers (1-year-olds)
- Runners (2-year-olds)
- Preschool: (3 and 4-year-olds)
- Elementary: (Kindergarten – 5th grade)
- 6th grade: (1-year curriculum for transition to middle school)
Elementary, Preschool, and Runners are all learning the same lesson each week. The curriculum is released quarterly and follows a dated schedule so you can always know you are on track.
All curriculum and resources are downloadable and available on the DLG member portal. When you become a member with DLG, you gain access to everything we offer. You don’t need to pick and choose which elements to purchase because all of our program resources are always available to you!
And, the lessons are available in both PDF and Word versions so you can customize as needed.
And there is a lot more included than just the weekly lessons!
