Lesson 46: Training Your Team
Before you can launch the Discovery Land program, you need a team of equipped and excited volunteers. This video will give you some general tips on how to effectively train your team, then walk you through the DL Kickoff Training Planning Packet to help you plan your first DL volunteer training event. We recommend downloading and printing the attached PDF so that you can take notes as you watch the video.
