Lesson 14: Program Schedule

The Discovery Land program is designed for approximately a one-hour session each week, but can be modified for as few as 45 minutes or as long as two hours. You can see the schedule break-down for each age group in the Basics Manual, in Lesson 14: Program Schedule.

Download the “Sample Elementary Schedules” PDF at the bottom of this lesson for additional suggestions for adapting the schedule to fit your church’s needs.

For the purposes of this training, we will be primarily focusing on the Elementary schedule and components. If you understand how to prepare and lead the Elementary curriculum, you will be able to understand the younger age groups. 

Note: When your church is ready to implement the 6th Grade curriculum, a separate training is available to walk you through those resources.
